Buying & Bidding Policy
At Pro Bid, we make the buying process simple and transparent. Whether you are a first-time buyer or an experienced dealer, our goal is to provide a seamless experience.
- Selection: Browse our live inventory in Dallas, Texas.
- Offers: Submit your bid or contact our sales team for direct purchase options.
- Confirmation: Once a deal is finalized, a non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours to hold the vehicle.
AS-IS SOLD POLICY
All vehicles are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
This means there are NO WARRANTIES, expressed or implied, by the seller.
- The buyer is purchasing the vehicle in its current condition with all faults, whether apparent or not.
- We strongly encourage all customers to inspect the vehicle or hire a third-party mechanic for a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) before completing the sale.
- Once the vehicle leaves our lot, all sales are final.
Payment & Documentation
- Accepted Payments: We accept Cash, Cashier’s Checks, and Wire Transfers. (Personal checks are not accepted for final payment).
- Title Processing: Titles are processed and mailed within 7-10 business days after full payment is cleared.
- Storage Fees: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of full payment. After 3 days, a daily storage fee may apply.
Inspection & Visits
- Location: Our inventory is located in Dallas, Texas.
- Appointments: While we welcome walk-ins, we recommend scheduling an appointment for a detailed inspection or test drive to ensure the vehicle is ready for you.
